What the system must preserve
The core problem is not simply generating an image. It is preserving intention as a story moves through script, assets, scenes, shots, and motion.
That requires systems thinking: interfaces for filmmakers, representations that survive change, evaluation that respects creative judgment, and infrastructure that can hold the whole process together.
